A visit to Pulau Penyengat, Indonesia

Last Sunday, we were on a trip to Penyengat island – which is located about 6km from Bintan island, Indonesia.

This small island is about 10 minutes by motorboat from Tanjung Pinang’s Pelentar Pier (Bintan Island). Some of the interesting places here include royal graves, the banyan-shrouded ruins of the palace, and the Sultan’s Mosque.

Today there are about 3,000 people living on the island, most of the residents make their living of fishing.

    这个地方没听过,好玩吗?好像没什么看头。还是技术的技术问题,嘻!

It is not so famous in Malaysia / Singapore. However it is quite a popular place with people living in Bintan & Batam.
